By accessing or using roofquotecalc.com ("the Site") or any services provided by RISE Roofing LLC ("RISE Roofing," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

roofquotecalc.com provides an online roof cost estimation tool that generates preliminary price ranges based on user-provided measurements and material selections. The Site is operated by RISE Roofing LLC, a licensed roofing contractor serving Corpus Christi, Houston, and surrounding areas in Texas.

3. Estimates Are Preliminary

• Quotes generated by the calculator are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding contracts or final prices
• Actual pricing may vary based on an on-site inspection, material availability, local labor costs, permit fees, and project complexity
• Final pricing is only established through a written proposal provided by a RISE Roofing representative following a free on-site inspection
• Measurement accuracy depends on the method chosen; satellite imagery measurements are approximate

4. User Responsibilities

By using this Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information to the best of your ability
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Site or its tools
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Not use the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5. Communication Consent

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by RISE Roofing LLC by phone, email, and/or text message (SMS) regarding your roofing project. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or contacting us directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of RISE Roofing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Google Maps and Third-Party Services

This Site uses Google Maps API services for satellite imagery, geocoding, and address autocomplete. Your use of these features is also subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We use CallRail for call tracking; your use is also subject to CallRail's Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RISE ROOFING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISE ROOFING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ESTIMATE PROVIDED.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RISE Roofing LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nueces County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
