• Satellite imagery & mapping: Powered by Google Maps AI and machine learning for satellite image processing, geocoding, and address autocomplete
• Estimate calculations: Pricing estimates are generated by rule-based algorithms using your input data, industry pricing data, and pitch/waste factors — not a generative AI model
• Tool development: This quote calculator was developed with the assistance of AI coding tools. All outputs were reviewed and validated by RISE Roofing staff

Website (riseroofing.company):

• Some website content, including articles and service descriptions, may have been drafted or refined with AI writing assistance and reviewed by our team
• AI-assisted tools are used for SEO analysis and content optimization
• Customer service inquiries may be initially triaged by AI-assisted tools before reaching a human team member

What AI Does NOT Do

• AI does not make final pricing decisions — all final quotes are issued by licensed RISE Roofing personnel following an in-person inspection
• AI does not replace licensed roofing expertise — our certified installers and estimators make all final recommendations
• We do not use AI to make automated decisions that significantly affect your eligibility for services
• We do not use facial recognition or biometric AI technologies

AI Data Use

When you use our Services, the data you provide (address, preferences, contact information) is processed by our systems and may be analyzed using automated tools to improve our Services. We do not sell your data to AI training companies or use your personal data to train third-party AI models.

Accuracy of AI-Generated Estimates

AI-assisted and algorithmic estimates are inherently approximate. Factors that may affect accuracy include:

• Complex roof geometries (dormers, skylights, irregular shapes)
